Right after 1st of May holiday total 106 employees, while on 6th of July,172 employees of Airtac Ningbo attend the first and second turn training. On 3rd of August, another 181 employees of production 4th department attend the training for 3rd turn training at Xikou, Fenghua.

　　This time of training is 2 days, the style and content of training are more or less than as last two times training, all focus on” Training Activity and Attainment of each individual”, selected courses are the most main stream project, including Brokered Bridge, Sky Ladder, Survival Wall, Electric Net, Blind Network, The Tangram" and so on. According to the introduction of lecturers, the 3 turns training will build up the team spirit of Airtac employees, communication between top and bottom level, such as “broken bridge” is to strengthen the boldness of employees,” Sky Ladder” trained the mind power of employees, “Survival Wall” is designed to experience the team work spirit and “Electric Net” requires employees to have the sense of planning and organizing.

　　Two day past very soon, the employees of Airtac Ningbo gain a lot from the training. At the Final Meeting of the training, most employees said it is very much beneficial by the play and learn courses with all members, they learn the essence of not to afraid of the difficulty at work, aggressively communicate, mutual trust, cooperate each other. The assistant manager of production department Mr. Lee expressed at the final meeting that he encourages every employee to apply what they have learnt from the training course to work in order to contribute the long term development of Airtac.
